When hovering control center default mouse pointer transforms to spiner (cursor: wait).
Could not change it modifying css for .deadd.noti-center in gtk.css
How can I make it to be cursor:default when on arbitrary space in notification center and cursor:pointer (one with finger) when hovering close button?

Hi, thanks for reporting.

The behavior you describe is not expected behavior so I would say, this is a bug. What window manager and OS, etc. are you using?
