I've installed Selenium and php-webdriver (via composer) on a shared/remote/hosted server where I do have ssh access, but don't have sudo/root access.
Seleinium is in path (Selneium --version yields "Selenium server version: 3.14.0, revision: aacccce0")
I've also installed
All simple test (even w/o Selenium) seem to fail...
For example, turning on chromedriver (chromedriver --port=4444 yeilds "ChromeDriver was started successfully")
And running the following php file:
addArguments(['--headless']); $chromeOptions->addArguments(["--remote-debugging-port=4444"]); $capabilities->setCapability(ChromeOptions::CAPABILITY, $chromeOptions); $driver = RemoteWebDriver::create('http://localhost:4444', $capabilities); $driver->close(); yeilds: ncaught Facebook\WebDriver\Exception\SessionNotCreatedException: session not created: Chrome failed to start: exited normally. (chrome not reachable) (The process started from chrome location /home/ninahub2/bin/chrome is no longer running, so ChromeDriver is assuming that Chrome has crashed.) in /home/ninahub2/scrape.ninahub.com/php/vendor/php-webdriver/webdriver/lib/Exception/WebDriverException.php:130 Any ideas???Beta Was this translation helpful?
