LD multivariate flags consideration #4

I think we have to decide whether we allow OPToggles to touch flags that are already created by a human user, due to the possibility of conflicts. I think we must either not allow this, or address edge cases like |
@asafc agreed, I think some of it you may just want to be explicit about. I think most of my feedback on the other issue can also be summed up similarly if specific use cases want to be supported or not. |
If a user creates a
multivariate
flag manually, then runs OPToggles, it will only assign users to the 1st variation. This is somewhat called out in the docs about assigning users toTrue
but it's making the assumption it's aboolean
