[Windows 7] Crash on Startup Following Install

Excited to try this out, but can't seem to get it to startup after install.

Win7 x64; Nodejs 10.13 in PATH -- get this immediately after launch:

I'm happy to get any further debug info if there's something I should try.

Is your Windows installation 32bit or 64bit?

64bit -- using 64b installer, but I'll try the 32 just for giggles, hold tight-

Cancel that: There's only the 1 *.exe binary that I see.

Hey, just following up that I've tried with the latest installer (3.9.4) and get the same issue (it appears the same, at least).
