Currently there is very little in the way of cache poisoning. This requires some invasive re-architecting:

  • user based authentification
  • only allow toolchain upload explcitly by certain users
  • duplicate artifact upload logic from the sccache-client to the dist-server, to retain a trusted artifact pool
