[Feature Request] Add active/inactive switch to Email rule

Description

Hi,

for workflow this exists, I can enable or disable a configured workflow.

For emails I have to delete the rule and re-create it if needed.

So please allow email rules to be disabled without deleting them.

Happy to do this down the road if theres real interest in it, I think this is the first time its come up

While testing this was the very fist thing I missed :-) along with cloning workflows and mail rules.

Being able to do this either to mail rules or to mail accounts would be great, even if these are maybe separate requests.
