Storage path ignoring PAPERLESS_FILENAME_FORMAT_REMOVE_NONE option

Hi, I'm trying to organise by correspondent, and if there is none, simply omit it from the path. However, after enabling PAPERLESS_FILENAME_FORMAT_REMOVE_NONE in docker-compose.env and restarting, and running document_renamer, and manually updating a field on the document, I'm still getting none.

/var/lib/docker/volumes/paperless_media/_data/documents/archive/
├── lloyd
│   └── none
│       └── 2024
│           └── 2024-05-04 none coventry22227.pdf

{owner_username}/{correspondent}/{created_year}/{created_year}-{created_month}-{created_day} {correspondent} {title}

I'd expect it to instead look like this:

/var/lib/docker/volumes/paperless_media/_data/documents/archive/
├── lloyd
│   └── 2024
│       └── 2024-05-04 coventry22227.pdf

Am I doing something wrong?

One thing is did you mean restarting? Changing environment variables in docker requires recreating a container not just restarting

I didn't realise it would require a full recreation, I'd just been doing docker compose restart...
