Redis and database upgrade in compose #4604

Redis is generally safe to upgrade to a new version. As long as no tasks are in progress, no data will be lost. Upgrading the Postgres container is more involved. We have a small section https://docs.paperless-ngx.com/administration/#database-upgrades for that, but it can be involved. A slightly easier way to to export and re-create the database with the new version |

Hi, in my compose I'm using an old version of redis and database:
image: postgres:13
andimage: redis:6.0
Is it safe to copy the updated values from the compose posted in this repo? Or I should also perform some manual upgrade? In particular for the db.
Thanks!
