[Feature Request] PDF preview. Especially for HUGE pdfs.

Description

I have thousands of PDF books. Most of these are HUGE with hundreds of pages.
I'd like to have paperless show a 1-5page pdf when on the edit page. Then download the original when Downloading.

I like paperless (so far) and trying to see if I can have this manage this library.

Suggested functionality:

• If a pdf is greater than 50 pages (called $maxPDFPages), then generate a 1-5 page pdf (called $shortPDFPages) of the original (we will called the short PDF $shortPDF)
• Change the document edit view to be display $shortPDF
• Change the hover display to show the $shortPDF
• Download button will still download the original PDF
