Request for Android 14 (Tiramisu) Support

Description:
Padloc is a fantastic app, but it currently lacks support for Android 14, which was recently released. As a user, I would like to see support added for this version of Android to ensure compatibility and usability for devices running Android 14.

Request Details:
Add support for Android 14 to Padloc.

@pravinkori Padloc works for Android 14, but there's a problem in the current provider and publishing that in Play Store. You should be able to downlod and install the most recent, automatically-built (and hash-verifiable) APK at https://github.com/padloc/padloc/releases/tag/v4.3.0
