Unable to upload attachment files. Err:[provisioning_quota_exceeded]

There is feature in padloc where users can upload their files, so in my development environment (wsl 2) I am using files system fs as storage medium out of availbale oprions. But when I am trying to upload files via Web interface I am facing this issue:

@Mohit-3430 you can change the default quota values by changing these numbers:

padloc/packages/core/src/provisioning.ts

Lines 35 to 36 in 17df06a

	vaults = 1;
	storage = 0;

If you're not using an Org, you might need to update these instead:

padloc/packages/core/src/provisioning.ts

Lines 23 to 26 in 17df06a

	members = 50;
	groups = 10;
	vaults = 10;
	storage = 1000;

@MaKleSoft is there a way to increase/set these via config? I didn't find it.

Hey I see there is stripe provisioning if we apply that, there will be no change in this file..??
because I don't think it is a good practice to change the values for development, if I do a PR here i need to change that before i push right so ..??

@Mohit-3430 Yep, you're right. That's why I'm saying we should change the default to no limits, so that it's easier to set up for development or a self-hosted, private instance. Just created an issue for that: #460
