I am a collaborator of this repo but I don't do much as it's so huge.
And I don't have any repo which is mine for Hacktober.

Oh so it is going against both conditions mentioned.
But we can work this out if you are ready to follow this strategy.
You can make a new repository welcoming contributions for Hacktoberfest and make me collaborator. Come up with an idea and write a README file only.
