Publish author pages with byline links

Context

Last cycle we worked on Author Pages (#3224), and got close to publishing, but were blocked on some content, byline linking and other small issues.

• Link to author pages from byline and author names #3596
• Author page alternate template (topics-focused) #3585
• create base content for the alternate format

Should do

Could do

•  add constraints for authors with 3 articles or less (slack)
• replace thumbnails white background with light solid color (slack)
• breadcrumb? (slack)
•  scrollbar enhancement when overflowing row (slack)
• avoid line break on "@" (slack)
• wider bio column (slack)
• "Load more" pagination
• missing padding at the end of last thumbnail of "featured work" carousel on iOS (15, Chrome and Safari). Ok on responsive desktop.
