問題点

iOS(Safari) での input のデザインはCSSで上書きしても、根強い影響が残ってしまいます。

このiOSデフォルトのinputのCSSが、iOSで確認すると残っています。

対象者

iPhoneやMacを持っている人にデバッグして欲しいです。

すること

おそらく、appearance: none; を設定することで解消されると思います？
もしかすると、topとrightとleftのborderをnone; にする必要があるかもしれないです。
