Cannot start app in Budgie

I installed this app, everything went fine but I cannot open it or use it at all.

Affected versions

• Yin-Yang version: latest
• Python version: 3.12.0
• Qt version: 4.8.7
• OS: Fedora 39
• Desktop: Budgie

Error message
