I have a Gitlab CI that runs npm install and npm run build and then applies my Terraform configuration to deploy the prebuilt project to Vercel. I would like it this way, because then I have separated blocks that can fail in my CI pipeline instead of just one block for Terraform that also installs and builds. Also lets me to put npm run lint and npm run test in between them.
The problem is that I didn't figure out how to create a Vercel config file during build, which the Vercel Terraform provider needs for deployment. Any help is highly appreciated.
