Restricting login using personal github accounts on github enterprise cloud

We have requirement where we need to restrict the login to github using personal account on organization provided laptops, to ensure security. Currently it is a SSO enabled login and after logging out user is allowed to login through personal account. Is there a way to restrict this?

I've been working with customers using GitHub Enterprise Cloud with Enterprise Managed Users, who have this same concern.
Majority of the customers I'm working with on this are financial institutions, who see this as a firm requirement to prevent exfiltration of customer data or privileged information and intellectual property
