It beens over 2 weeks since my organization account flagged. I open a ticket and still no response. any help on this would be appreciated

I am approaching 2 weeks as well. No response from support and no reason given as to why my organization was flagged in the first place. I just updated my ticket to show that I am a registered LLC and linked to my apps on Apple and Google stores.

39 days of absolute silence. I've kinda given up. I think their layoffs earlier this year fractured their customer support services. I'm not keeping business projects that I publish on here anymore. GitLab looks promising, but I'm now using AWS CodeCommit for my production code since I already have an account and backend services running there.

They should give us badges for having unanswered support tickets older than 30+ days.

fyi - Support finally fixed the issue. They stated that a script mistakenly flagged the account, and that the long delays for support are due to a high volume of tickets that they have. I think they should at least higher two more people in support. :-/

yeah they addressed my concern too, admit it was flagged incorrectly. really wish they up the support staff

oh boy, my organization was flagged yesterday. I think I'll start already migrating to another service then 😢. Did you guys received some e-mail about it? I saw that an e-mail should be sent from Github with more info, but I did not received nothing.
