I hope this message finds you all well. I am reaching out to seek help and advice regarding some ongoing issues with my GitHub account that have yet to be resolved despite my efforts to contact support.
Here are the issues I am facing:
Account Flagged as Spam:
I am receiving messages stating: "This user has been flagged as spam. His comments will only be in staff mode."
Another message states: "You are marked as spam, so you cannot authorize a third-party application."
Collaboration Problems:
I am not listed as a reviewer on any projects.
When I create a pull request, it is not visible to other team members.
I first contacted GitHub Support over a month ago and created a ticket outlining these problems. Unfortunately, the ticket remained unresolved, and I did not receive any follow-up. After waiting for a month, I closed the initial ticket and opened a new one, hoping for a different outcome, but I have still not received a response.
These issues are severely impacting my ability to contribute to projects and collaborate effectively with my team. I assure you that I am a legitimate user and have not engaged in any spam activities.
I am reaching out to the community in hopes that someone here might have experienced similar issues or might know of any potential solutions or workarounds. Additionally, any advice on how to escalate this issue with GitHub Support would be greatly appreciated.
