Hello, I wonder if anyone has the same issue as me right now. I uploaded my student ID at first. I got rejected because I haven't updated my information on my billing info. After updating all the information, I reapplied again. Unfortunately, I still got rejected by saying that "we were unable to verify your academic affiliation based on the information" while this time I uploaded the billing statement that included all the information.
