Hello,
I'm living in Uzbekistan, Tashkent city. As far as I know this region is not under US sanctions.
I'm trying to access private repository to which I was granted access to.
But I'm always getting:
We are unable to provide this service.
It appears your account may be based in a U.S.-sanctioned region. As a result, we are unable to provide private repository services and paid services for your account. GitHub has preserved, however, your access to [certain free services for public repositories]...
I've already filled the appeal form with all necessary information proving that I'm from Uzbekistan.
I'm wandering how long does this process take to resolve the issue? (cause I need to start my education ASAP)
Will I receive the email or any notification saying that my issue is resolved or not?
What else can I do to speed up the process?
Thank you in advance!
