Account suspended and no response from github support.

my account recently got hacked and someone accessed it and made some repos with malicious code.
I changed my password and deleted the repos and got to know that my account was suspended after that i made Reinstatement Request right away.
now the weird thing is that they haven't responded for almost 2-3 weeks which makes me think something in the appeal system is broken.

I would love to know if you guys can escalate the appeal or do anything about it; my original account is https://github.com/TheXro
