Trying to publish package but getting 401 error:

    maven {
      name = "GitHubPackages"
      url = "https://maven.pkg.github.com/IdealIndustrial/GT5Unofficial"
      credentials {
        username = System.getenv("GITHUB_ACTOR")
        password = System.getenv("GITHUB_TOKEN")
      }
    }
  }
  publications {
	mavenJava(MavenPublication){
		artifactId archivesBaseName
		artifact jar
	}
}
}

Setup Job says that GITHUB_TOKEN has required access:
