Found undocumented one_of license identifier

Description of issue

Using the Brew JSON API for formulae I found a couple of formulae which use the license identifier one_of:. In the Formula-Cookbook and the Brew-Ruby-Docs I found documentation for the identifiers all_of, any_of and with.

I am trying to figure out how to interpret such a license. My assumption is that given a like license one_of: ["MIT", "Apache-2.0"] from typstfmt.rb would be MIT or Apache-2.0, since the user only has to comply with one of the licenses form the set.

The thing is, the brew info output for the formula is MIT and Apache-2.0, contradiction my assumption.

My questions are:

• is the brew info output correct ?
• how to interpret such a license identifier ?
