Description of issue

Try to install Parallels using Terminal as the Parallels installer freezed. Is it possible to create a cask to install an older version of Parallels? example version Version: 17.1.2 instead of 18

Latest is Parallels 19 and that doesn't support Catalina. You can install Parallels 18 (which should support Catalina) by doing:

brew intall --cask homebrew/cask-versions/parallels18
