Description of issue

I modified genymotion.rb to install 3.5.0 on Monterey & older, while still installing 3.5.1 on Ventura & newer.

When testing:

$ brew audit --cask --online genymotion`

The current live check page only lists the newest version, so 3.5.0 isn't listed.

Is it possible, and allowed, to only apply the livecheck for Ventura & newer?

Or can I make a different livecheck for Monterey & older? What if I can't find an applicable livecheck page for Monterey & older?

Can I just ignore this audit error since it's only for older macOS?

Yes, this is possible.

Take a look at Appcleaner for an example for how to "skip" a livecheck for an outdated version.

This is assuming the Monterey and older version is no longer receiving updates.
