Description of issue

I'm trying to brew install neovim, which would upgrade my neovim from the current version I have 0.8.2.

Unfortunately, I think since this commit: f5bdf6b, neovim now also depends on lpeg which is causing issues and not allowing me to upgrade (or install if I didn't have nvim already installed).
I have a multi-user setup with each user having their own homebrew instance.
This is the output of running brew install neovim

neovim 0.8.2 is already installed but outdated (so it will be upgraded).

Due to my usage of an unsupported prefix lpeg cannot be found.
I have tried exporting custom LUA_PATH and LUA_CPATH but that hasn't work.
I know I'm going to have problems using an unsupported prefix, but any ideas here would be appreciated.

Try doing brew reinstall -s luajit; I think the bottle only works properly for default prefixes.
