Description of issue

I am doing my first simple formula via a persona tab,
the default-generated GitHub action for my first PR comes pretty far but fails on a test.

I do not understand why, because cmake is specified as a build dependency, and the package was built, and bottle was also called. Why does the test stage fail due to a missing cmake?

This is a known issue that's being tracked at Homebrew/brew#15049. As a workaround, please add the following to your workflow (Homebrew/brew#15049 (comment), credit: @carlocab):
