I upgraded octave 5.2.0_10 to octave 6.1.0. I am on macos 11.0.1 on an Intel MBP 2017. Octave 5.2.0_10 worked fine including installing the packages from source forge. I am having issues with the installed octave packages. In particular, the pkg command (which uses script mkoctfile) fails in the link step
I have recall that this issue has been around with Catalina, though I could not find it in searches so far. I would appreciate any input on how to proceed to get a resolution. If appropriate I can file an issue. |
