Please describe the problem you are trying to solve.
There is an option on the web installer.
"Enable Data Encryption"

There is no mention of this feature on the OrangeHRM website and no resources online which explains how this setting changes the behaviour of the HRM.
I understand it encrypts data, I don't know if this data is in the database, stored as files, or anything

spin up a few instances and go through the database and any other files comparing the two with the option on and the option off
