Set value for firstDayOfWeek is not in the calendar date picker

Describe the bug

After opening the "Time" page - we asked to set the first day of the week. Monday by default. It is shown in another type of calendars, but it's not reflected in src/components/Input/DateInput.vue -> src/components/Calendar/Calendar.vue, even if we have values set on the first opening. And the week starts on Sunday

To reproduce

Open "Time" page -> Attendance tab -> My Records. Then open the date picker.

Expected behavior

The date picker has week started from Monday
