well, graalpython -m ginstall install --help lists scipy, so it is ready (together with numpy ),
however what exactly is missing for jax, I hope, it can be listed here or in #228

There are no precompiled libraries at all yet, everything has to be built upon installation. numpy should work well, but the version we've tested with is older than what jax needs. scipy is unfortunately supported only partially, some modules work and some don't.
