Report format and frequency

Is your feature request related to a problem?
At the moment it's report frequency and getting report of changes to CVE even when only "a new CVE is created" is chosen.

Do you have a solution in mind, or a suggestion to improve OpenCVE?
If possible, it would be great to have possibility to choose report frequency to 1 week, 2 weeks or a month, and to be able to export the CVEs CREATED for the time frame into CSV.

Additional comment
I'd imagine a "Download" button placement could be somewhere next to the report date in report page.
