Easier tag-management

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Right now it's a multi-click-process to add tags to CVEs.

Do you have a solution in mind, or a suggestion to improve OpenCVE?
I have three suggestions that would greatly improve visibility on how and where to act:

1. Add an option to add certain tag to CVEs automatically. In my example I would add Home, and Business to everything that concerns Bitwarden, but only Home to CVEs concerning Philips Hue
2. Add Tags to certain CVEs from the dashboard. I imagine a little + or # in the top or bottom right corner for that. The tags I would add this way are something like action-required or done.
3. Additionally it would be super nice to remove tags by just clicking a little x on the badge itself. This would be more of a nice to have.
