Stable release of docs broken [BUG]

The stable release of the documentation is broken and returns a 404 error (https://cobrapy.readthedocs.io/en/stable/)

The "latest" release seems to work: https://cobrapy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

Hi Greg,

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, we switched to the "latest" a while ago since that is supported a bit more natively in RTD. Is the "stable" still linked somewhere? I can fix the links there if you point me to it.
