Describe the bug
Trying to ingest a PDF file, or any other, from localhost (from the same Linux server) or a client browser does not end with a usable file/location able to ingest anything.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'copilot project'
  2. Click on 'Knowledge base'
  3. Click on 'Data Sources'
  4. Click on 'Add Data Source'
  5. Select 'File'
  6. Click on ' Click to upload...'
  7. Select your PDF source file and click 'Open'
  8. Click on 'Add'
  9. See error under 'Status'
  10. Click on Colum 'Visit'
  11. See error on the file missing

Expected behavior
I expect to see the upload file on someplace into the OpneCopilot repository (as file) and ingested into Vector DB

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: [Linux,Windows]
  • Browser [chrome, firefoxx]
  • Version [e.g. 22]

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: [e.g. iPhone6]
  • OS: [e.g. iOS8.1]
  • Browser [e.g. stock browser, safari]
  • Version [e.g. 22]

Additional context
Would be interestign to express a better flow for ingestion of files.
Any file should be uploaded to the Server into a temporary secure DIR (os specific filesystems) and then ingested from local into the vector DB

Thanks
