Found this source for Ireland: http://www.epa.ie/air/quality/.
This source has a lot of more data compared to the EEA source for Ireland.

The source may overlap at some points with the EEA source, but I compared them, and it looked at the stations that supposedly were both in EEA and this source, are inactive or not reporting in the EEA Source.

The source has around 70 stations, and vary with reporting time, and has units in µg/m³.
