临时解决方案：拷贝替换如下文件即可
设置： \AppData\Roaming\xyz.yetone.apps.openai-translator\config.json
Action ：\AppData\Local\xyz.yetone.apps.openai-translator

现在一更新就要重新来是有点疼。

有时候更新新版本的时候会替代老版本，有时候不会，但是配置文件是肯定都没了 。
