I am sure it is not a network issue or an OpenAI API quota issue.

复现步骤 Reproduce step

以往的版本在azure使用上似乎不用设置API模型，更新至最近的版本需要设置api模型，我使用模型为GPT-3.5-TURBO，出现指定的模型，gpt-35-turbo，无法进行完成操作错误，但azure在chatbox上使用没有任何问题。

修复错误或者按chatbox一样，无需设置api模型
