The Discord button on the README leads to a page that no longer exists.

The link didn't expired but it redirects to the wrong page.

Instead of https://github.com/open-education-hub/operating-systems/blob/master/www.bit.ly/OpenEduHub should be www.bit.ly/OpenEduHub.
