Provide a RDF vocabulary for lenses

Currently lenses have to be specified in a JSON format.

For users with an RDF toolchain, it might be more comfortable to use an RDF serialization instead.

In terms of implementation, it would be nice if the RDF file could be directly translated into the JSON format using a JSON-LD frame, so as not to have to write a novel parser.
