Problems with install walk-through

hey y'all. I am trying to follow the walk-through to get this up and running, but I am running into an issue. I get to Step 6 in Getting Started where I am supposed to run task configure and when I run that, I get this message back:
task: [configure] ansible-playbook configure.yaml |"ansible-playbook": executable file not found in $PATH

I looked back through the instructions and nowhere do I see instructions for installing Ansible. Did I miss a step or a pre-req?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated

My bad, i did miss a step. forgot to add eval "$(direnv hook zsh)"

all is good
