A few days ago, I had deleted an Omnivore article to try out some features. As expected, this article always displayed a thumbnail in the list until then.
I'm not sure that deleting the article and re-adding it has anything to do with this issue, but it has happened with other articles that I've done the same thing with.
This is nothing critical, obviously, but I believe it is a bug and so I decided to report it since I couldn't find any other issue that addresses it.

However, after saving it back to Omnivore via the Google Chrome extension, the thumbnail was no longer displayed, even though it had a URL for the resource:
https://proxy-prod.omnivore-image-cache.app/320x320,svJCecH-5Jz-yaL5aHJcRL7K3Gq12SbHrK85tWS5UPpQ/https://www.gov.br/image/png
. When I open it in the browser, the response returns a 403 status with the message that therequested URL is not allowed
