Bulma 1.0 dark mode support

Bulma 1.0 has been released a while ago, and the most notable change is automatic dark mode support. See: https://bulma.io/documentation/features/dark-mode/

The current Tabulator Bulma theme does not support this yet - it would be great if proper Bulma dark mode support could be added.
