do not alert on Lock request time out period exceeded

Hi,
I use the index and Statistics Maintenance script and I've a question - how I can modify the script to ignore indexes that are locked and will not alert about them when it's finished to run?
I get this error message Msg 1222, Lock request time out period exceeded. I want it to be information only/not at all and not an error.
