Describe the bug
MFA code is accepted even though it is incorrect. The code contains 6 digits but i managed to authenticate using this particular mfa code 722^?1010 which is clearly incorrect although quite similar to the original one. This has happened a few times always with the ^? characters involved which I manage to squeeze in since i am typing too fast. I don't know if it is only those chars that create the issue but something is wrong here.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. okta-awscli -v
  2. Enter username
  3. Enter password.
  4. Enter incorrect passcode inspired by 722^?1010. This is not 100% reproducible but has occurred to me a few times.

Expected behavior
User should not be authenticated but does get the authentication tokens to export.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • OS: MacOS
  • Version: 0.5.4

Need to recheck it. According to description it more looks like a bug in Okta rather than in okta-awscli
