Sites blocked even when timer is not running

I have several sites set up as 'blocked' but they are showing as ALWAYS blocked. Not just when the timer is running. Is this normal or is there a way to fix it?

Hi @legolasdimir, if you want a site to be blocked only when the timer runs, make sure to set the cost to zero, otherwise the site will be always blocked with a cost to enter it.
