Blocking sites by keywords

I would really like it if you could block sites by keywords instead of adding URLs specifically for each site you want blocked. This would remove a lot of redundancies and make site-blocking a lot easier. Often, I find that if I have one site blocked for some purpose, I'll find another website to fulfill that purpose (example: if I've blocked a site where you can read comics, I'll end up finding another site to read comics and so on).

I love the extension by the way!
