Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating a fresh install ou updating a installation, is needed to apply a Log Level in some production scenarios where is must change this manual on container argument of k8s, but whenever is made a upgrade with the CLI this config is lost and need to do the change again.

Describe the solution you'd like
Expose a new flag on odigos install and odigos update commands which will accept something like -log-level and apply that to all containers with support to log level, like the scheduler image which accepts -zap-log-level to filter logs.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe document how can be made this change on deployments to prepare for production.
