`cynic init` command #762

It could be really nice to add a cynic init command to cynic-cli, that handles some of the setup from the quickstart:

Configuring the schema in Cargo.toml (if I do Configure cynic schemas in Cargo.toml #761)
Running the first introspection
Setting up a build.rs
Maybe even adding cynic to dependencies
